1. The Promoter
The promoter is the Coromandel-Colville Business Association (CCBA).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on Saturday, 1 August 2026, and closes at 11:59 PM on Monday, 31 August 2026. Receipts must be dated within this period to be eligible.
3. How to Enter
- Spend a minimum of $10.00 (NZD) in a single transaction at any business located within the Coromandel-Colville Ward during the Promotion Period.
- Upload a clear photo of the original detailed receipt or invoice via the online entry form. Eftpos/Credit Card terminal receipts without itemized details may not be accepted.
4. Entry Limits and Multipliers
- Entrants receive one (1) entry into the draw for every $10 spent on a submitted receipt.
- There is a maximum limit of ten (10) entries per individual receipt (i.e., a $100+ receipt earns 10 entries).
- Entrants may submit multiple unique receipts over the course of the promotion.
5. Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents and visitors.
- Employees, owners, and immediate family members of a participating business are not eligible to enter using receipts from their own place of employment/business.
6. The Prize
- The total prize pool is valued at $1,500 (NZD) in local gift vouchers.
- The prize pool will be drawn as one (1) x $500 voucher and ten (10) x $100 vouchers.
- Winners may choose which participating CCBA Member business they would like their voucher to be from.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be drawn randomly and notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry by mid-September 2026. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw will take place.
