Join us for our April Network Meeting this month is all about connection – connecting you with regional strategy, connecting your business with recognition, and most importantly, connecting your ideas with the people who can help make them happen.

We are excited to welcome Kylie Hawker-Green, the new General Manager for Destination Hauraki Coromandel. With her extensive background leading Business Associations in Hastings and Taupō, Kylie understands exactly what makes a town centre thrive. She’ll be sharing vital insights into how the Peninsula fared over the summer and the work DHC is doing to promote our region to the world and winter ideas.

Following this, Lisa Church (Economic Development Advisor Thames-Coromandel District Council) will lead a presentation on the upcoming Claymark Hauraki-Coromandel Business Awards. This is your chance to get the “inside story” before entries officially open. Lisa will be joined by past winners – including our own CCBA Chair, Jenni Ashman, sharing her experience winning the Service to Business award.

Most importantly, we want to hear from you. As we look toward the rest of the year, we want to tap into the collective brilliance of our local business owners and community. If you have ideas for our area – whether it’s for events, local improvements, or new initiatives – please bring them along! This is an open invitation to share your vision and help shape the future of the Coromandel-Colville ward.
